Everyone from the front desk and all through youe place of business were very friendly and helpful. They made it easy to choose the car I bought. Joe Knew all the ins and outs of the car and helped me to set up the blue tooth. Which by the by the way I love. The lady who did all the paperwork was super. She had every thing ready, all I had to do was sign on the line. They called my insurance company an saved my the trouble of doing so. I had been looking for a new (used) mini-van for months. I stumbled across Colonial Motor Mart website and found a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I sent a request for it and with in an hour I heard back from Cyn I stumbled across Colonial Motor Mart website and found a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I sent a request for it and with in an hour I heard back from Cynthia Cardielle even though it was 9p.m on a Saturday night. I called her Monday morning to discuss the van and send a credit application in. I told her that my credit wasn't the gratest, she told me that she would do her best to make sure I got the van. With four kids I really needed it. Well by Tuesday I was driving off the lot in the van I wanted. Cynthia go way above and beyond for her customers, she makes you feel like she has known you her whole life. I think I found the only place i am buying my cars from now on!!
