My experience with Colonial Motor Mart was a great experience. This was first experience purchasing a car, new or used. The sales team (Cynthia Cardiello), was very approachable, friendly and accommod experience. This was first experience purchasing a car, new or used. The sales team (Cynthia Cardiello), was very approachable, friendly and accommodating. My work schedule was the biggest challenge. She was willing to move her appointments around in order to meet my needs. Her style was very customer oriented. She focused and focuses on customer satisfaction. After the sale she continues to take a interest in the vehicle and myself. She made the experience pleasant and easy. I would recommend Cynthia and Colonial to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Great job and keep up the excellent work. More

Past experiences of car buying have not been pleasant for a variety of reasons however our visit to Colonial Motors on this occassion was in fact pleasant. Chad Segner had been recommended to us & we specif a variety of reasons however our visit to Colonial Motors on this occassion was in fact pleasant. Chad Segner had been recommended to us & we specifically ask to speak with him and we're glad we did. His demeanor & expertise is refreshing to say the least. In our estimation Chad went above & beyond in this process and we are more than satisfied with Colonial Motors and Mr. Segner. We have already recommended Colonial Motors & will continue to do so. JD Grantz provided us with the best service we have ever had with buying a vehicle. I would recommend him to everybody and I would never go elsewhere to buy a vehicle. He found me the exact vehicle that I had with buying a vehicle. I would recommend him to everybody and I would never go elsewhere to buy a vehicle. He found me the exact vehicle that I wanted and did it in a short process. He is very polite and friendly. We were having trouble elsewhere trying to trade in our vehicle for a different one, but he made it happen for us. I am super happy with JD's service and would never go elsewhere. Cynthia is by far the best car dealer that we have ever worked with!!! We have just recently bought our 3rd vehicle from Cynthia. She is not only personable but she knows how to treat people with care an worked with!!! We have just recently bought our 3rd vehicle from Cynthia. She is not only personable but she knows how to treat people with care and respect. She doesn't mess around sugar coating everything. I would recommend Cythia to anyone!!! We absolutely love her! My boys love the fact that she always remembers them with candy! She is sincere and very knowledgable. I have never met a better person to deal with.
