I went in looking for a vehicle that would suit my family's needs, last a long time and fit in our budget. Joe and MIke were very nice and very willing to help me look for a vehicle and get it to the family's needs, last a long time and fit in our budget. They were also helpful with payments and got us a great interest rate and made the search for a car a lot easier. We did search other places, but found them to be the most willing to help and the best to deal with! Very pleased! More

Just Bought a brand new Mitsubishi there on Monday.. Been working with Cynthia for quite awhile... I've known her for years she is a wonderful sales person and a dear friend. Stephanie and Tommy were a big help in finding a van for our family. They were very friendly and helpful in all ways possible. Especially Stephanie, who drove us all the way to the DMV and assisted my paren our family. They were very friendly and helpful in all ways possible. Nervous about going to Colonial for the first time, Tommy made me feel at ease while helping me find the perfect vehicle with the options I was looking for in a price range I can afford. Tommy is at the Mitsubishi location on 4th street, He checked at their other locations and found me a Nissan with all kinds of features, Tommy took the time to explain them to me and my Husband. Colonials Power Train Warranty for as long as I own the car was one of the reasons I visited their location. I am really glad I did! Also, Mike test drove my car and gave me a good deal for my trade. Thanks Mike! (I had another dealership try to low ball me and get "smart" when I refused their offer) I Highly recommend going in to see Tommy, and ask him about the KSB, its the perfect test to see if the vehicle you are test driving is the right one for you :) More

Worst service department EVER!! Colonial motor marts Worst service department EVER!! Colonial motor marts service department is completely clueless when it comes to fixing cars. I purchased an EVO X G Worst service department EVER!! Colonial motor marts service department is completely clueless when it comes to fixing cars. I purchased an EVO X GSR in March of 2008 from them and it was the WORST mistake I've ever made. I took my car in back in October of 2012 to have the timing chain replaced (I had an indicator light on my dashboard that the owner's manual said was caused by only 1 fault, which was a worn or stretched timing chain). Colonial's service department plugged the car into their computer and said there was nothing wrong with it. On February 14th, 2013 the motor came out of time and locked up (Valves broke, spark plugs broke, engine blown up). I had the car towed to Colonial's for repairs. As of April 18th, 2013 The car had still NOT BEEN REPAIRED! To make matters worse, Colonial REFUSED to give me a loaner car during this period of time. In addition they also tried to extort $1000 from me for tear down fees to find out if it was a warranty-able repair. I have filed complaints against them through the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. Just wanted to make everyone aware of what kind of stealership they are dealing with. More
