In my very short 27 years, I have been through the vehicle purchasing process many times, mostly with a local family friends dealership. For one of the first times stepping out of my comfort zone and on my own, Cynthia was AMAZING. Not only did she provide comfort and kindness, but the entire process was heeded very little stress. The communication was phenomenal. At no point did I feel like a number, or like any other "customer", but more like my super close aunt was helping me along the way! Honesty was to a tee, and there was no bull along the way. I am a very level headed person, and extremely picky how my money is spend. I am very satisfied with my experience, with my purchase, and with my decisions. I 100% have to accredit that to Miss Cynthia. Her initial communication with me was enough to get me to travel the distance and to stick with the dealership. I will continue to recommend Colonial and Cynthia Cardiello. Found a car of interest on the internet, called and set up a meeting next day. We took our granddaughter along and Cynthia made us feel welcome and at home. Where do I begin??? I first began talking with Cynthia approximately 3 yrs ago while I was trying to find a truck to buy.... My travels took me far and wide and while I knew what I wanted.... I went from a truck to a van back to a truck to... maybe a car, all the while Cynthia was very, very patient with me and helped me to sort through what I really needed. I know your probably wondering why 3 yrs to get a deal done... Well while I was looking for a truck I didn't have much time to get into one and she didn't have anything in her inventory and I ended up finding one at another dealer... but the one thing, actually the two things that stuck in my mind were Cynthia's professionalism and her willingness to go the extra mile when helping me to find my next vehicle. So when I began looking for my current vehicle I without hesitation called her after 3yrs... and it paid off!!!! She found me an incredible deal on exactly the vehicle I wanted... pretty hard to do with used... but she did it!!! We will now be including her on our mailing list for family photos and Christmas. Because I don't consider her my salesperson but rather a friend. I will say she has a customer for life!!! How's this for service??? She personally delivered my vehicle 72 miles one way right to my front door!!! There were a few "minor" things we weren't happy with and yep... she wasn't either!! So she took the vehicle back and made it right!!! How's that for service??? Then had it re-delivered to our front door!! Cynthia thanks for being awesome and I will contact you for my next vehicle!! Great experience. I had been looking for a used civic for a few months and had not any luck. I stopped by colonial on my way to Pittsburgh to look for cars and Tommy sold me.
