You will find it very hard to find another dealership like Colonial that treats you more like a family member than a customer. I came across the Terrain on Auto Trader and sent in the email request thinking that it would take a few days to hear back since it was the end of the month. Within 20 minutes I received an email from Cynthia regarding the vehicle. I was very surprised to hear from her being it was the last day of the month. Although she was taking a few deliveries with current customers she was not for a loss of words (trust me on this)! She was very thorough in her communication and made it feel like I've known her even though we have yet to meet. I had the pleasure to meet with her husband Joe for the test drive and he too treated us like family. He spent a great deal of time with us and at no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us on the vehicle. After the test drive we left the dealership and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold". Cynthia continued to communicate with me after the test drive and finally scheduled time to meet. We found a different year Terrain at another Colonial dealership and Cynthia made sure they did not sell it until we could see it. I test drove the second vehicle with Cynthia and again felt like I was driving with a relative. When it came down to talking price I was ready for a long drawn out battle. Cynthia informed me that she is a "get to the point" type person when it comes to making the sell. I've been told this before by other sales people only to find myself arguing price for hours. I gave her the offer we were willing to accept and after about 10 minutes she came back to me and said "give me a hug!". Now at this point I was very confused as I've never had a sales person ask me to give them a hug. She congratulated me on being the new owner of the Terrain and was able to get the asking price! I would never have expected this type of experience in buying a vehicle from Cynthia and Colonial. They have definitely changed my outlook on buying a vehicle! More

When my used van became undrivable due to old age, I contacted Colonial Motor Mart via the internet, inquiring about the purchase of a 2013 Mitsubish Outlander Sport/ES model. Cynthia Cardiello prompt contacted Colonial Motor Mart via the internet, inquiring about the purchase of a 2013 Mitsubish Outlander Sport/ES model. Cynthia Cardiello promptly responded with on email and we worked out the details of my purchase. She immediately proceeded to search dealers with the appropriate vehicle I was looking for. She made a deal with a dealership but the dealer ended up selling this vehicle to someone else - bummer. But did this stop Cynthia ? NO !!! She continued her search and found me the Outlander Sport that I wanted. Way to GO, Cynthia !!! She will do whatever it takes to find the right vehicle for you, and at a GREAT price. I am 200 per cent satisfied with my new vehicle (in Laguna Blue - a very popular color and hard to find). I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. We actually were not planning to trade in our 2011 Cadillac CTS4, but upon talking with Joe, decided that it would be the opportune time to do just that and walked away with a deal to pick up our new 2013 crystal red CTS4 that Friday - Joe was getting it in from another dealer in Ohio. We have received so many wonderful compliments on our new car and we just love it! Joe is always the salesman we deal with at Colonial and he has always been good to us. We have recommended him to our friends and hope that they will seek him out. More
