I have been to other dealerships in the past and it seemed always to be a negative experience. I bought a 2006 GMC Envoy from Joe 5 years ago and am still very happy with it. I had the Envoy in for service and mentioned to Joe that I may interested in a truck, sometime in the future. Several days later he called me to discuss a 2012 GMC Sierra that had just been traded in with 5300 miles on it. That piqued my curiosity, so we agreed to meet. There was no high pressure, which I very much appreciate. We took a test drive and Joe worked out what I thought was a very fair price, demonstrated the Paint Protection Package, and showed me some optional accessories that I inquired about. I decided to keep the Envoy. Mr. Black became involved due to a part replacement issue on the truck. He assured me that the issue would be resolved to my satisfaction. It was. I also purchased optional bed rail protectors and a tonneau cover. It was installed as promised and the vehicle was delivered as promised, looking very sharp. Joe also went so far as to hop in the cab and explain all the interior controls, set up my blue tooth, and OnStar before I left the dealeship. Ms. Balint was also very helpful at the time the purchase documents were prepared. Janet got me an excellent interest rate of 1.59% from a local bank. My credit Union was 2.49%. She explained the Easy Care Extended Warranty and the Paint Protection Package in detail. She was very patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns I opted to purchase both. The Paint Protection Package is being applied today. Joe ensured that I got a courtesy vehicle in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to sit around all day waiting. The staff at Colonial are all very friendly, helpful and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This type of attitude and customer service will ensure they continue to have my business in the future. More

We purchased a Mazda, in the selection above only GMC was available. We had called in advance of coming to the dealership to check on the model we wanted to purchase because we were a couple hours away an available.
