I have been looking at the GMC Acadia for several months and I narrowed down what I wanted in the car. White diamond, light interior, low milage and a tow hitch within my budget. I searched within 50 miles of my home for over four months and just couldn't get the right combination, so I expanded my search and found the one at Colonial Motors in Indiana PA. This dealership was three and half hours from my house and I had no idea how I was going to get there if this was the right car. I made the phone call and Joe Cardiello answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and that I would need a ride. He took my offer to his management and within thirty minutes we verbally had a deal on the phone. He made arrangements to have me picked up on Monday morning and I was in my beautiful GMC Acadia by the afternoon. Very happy with the service! Thank you, Lindy More

Initially contacted Joe by phone as we were not familiar with Indiana. He gave us accurate directions and set up appointment time. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful and took us for a test drive. Then negotiations began. Joe was willing to dicker with his GM on our behalf and we reached an acceptable deal. Then we were concerned about the vehicle fitting into our garage and even though our home is 30 miles from the dealership Joe arranged for us to bring it home overnight . We had phone contact with Joe several times during this time and he either took our call or returned it immediately. When completeing the deal he reviewed the features with us and set up our Onstar and Bluetooth . I would recommend highly this sales rep to everyone as he friendly, knowledgable , and experienced.
