My wife had a sudden issue with her car and we thought about replacing it. Didn’t know if we wanted to put money in her car or get rid of it. Decided to swing by Colonial and take a look. I explained my situation to Mike Black and Tommy Bresnahan and they said they could help. I went on a few test drives with Tommy and finally found a vehicle my wife and I liked. He answered all our questions and showed us all the features on the car. Money was tight and we were not expecting to purchase another car at this time. Mike worked with us and did what he could to get the numbers we could live with. I must say the dealership overall treated us very well. No pressure and no stress. We would recommend Colonial to anyone looking for a new or used car. I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango Limited. My case was unlike many others, my sales man Tommy Bresnahan was great. On the other hand the other service provided by their sales manager was rude. He was arrogant and ignorant during my experience with him. I would refer another customer to their salesman Tommy but not to expect much when it comes to them wanting to work with pricing. This was a terrible experience if you don't want to work with the customer on price then you won't sell many cars. If I hadn't needed to get a vehicle right then and there I probably would have not purchased the Durango due to the fact of the sales manager. More

Mr. Cardiello proved to be a courteous and professional dealer when I arrived at Colonial Motor Mart looking to buy a used Pontiac Vibe that I had seen on the dealership's website. Namely a large scuff on the rear bumper due to be repaired under warranty. He provided a test drive that showcased the car's abilities without being too challenging. As for the actual purchase, we were able to come to a reasonable payment plan that includes the dealership's Warranty Forever program. He was very personable and I was never felt under pressure the entire time I was there. I would gladly recommend Colonial Motor Mart to anyone needing a car. More
