I was searching for a specific vehicle. I found the perfect SUV for me a 2010 GMC Yukon XL. I worked with Cynthia and she was awesome. I was in the process of rebuilding my credit and I was a little afraid I would not be able to get financed. Cynthia negotiated a fair price that saved me thousands over my local dealer. Since I was in Cincinnati Cynthia worked very hard over the phone to put me in my truck. She was even nice enough to hold my truck for me until I was able to travel to Indiana PA to test drive and pick up my truck. When I arrived I found out Cynthia was ill but her husband Joe took care of the rest of the sale and the finance guy was awesome as well. After I signed the paperwork I felt great and not violated. This dealership is great as are the people. My daughter is looking for a car now and I think we may be taking a road trip back to PA. Thanks so much it's been three month and I love my truck. More

I was car shopping two weeks ago, particularly for Mazda3's. I stopped at Colonial Motor Mart and was shocked to find that after ten minutes of browsing the inventory, nobody was jumping all over me Mazda3's. I met Kerry and Joe first and they were very patient and not pushy at all. They offered me a test drive which is when I decided to go with a Mazda3. Kerry then took me to her desk and described all models, packages, trims, warranties, coverage, service, etc. Janet was also very friendly and took care of all the tedious financial aspects, in a very short amount of time. When I left that Saturday, I knew I wanted to buy from Colonial. Throughout the next week Kerry became very sick and she still did her part to make sure the customer was satisfied. Matt and Joe also aided her and myself by notifying me of any updates or changes. Last Saturday I made another trip to Colonial to see the car, test drive it, and sign off. All the employees at Colonial work as a team and are very efficient at what they do. Compared to other car dealerships this one is by far the best I have ever dealt with due to friendliness, no pressure on the customer, and the morale in general. More
