Indeed, both figures were almost exactly what we had arrived at through our research before coming in. Can't do better than that. The paperwork process was a bit drawn out because for whatever reason everybody decided to buy a car that day, but Matt and everyone else did their best to get us through it expeditiously. Very friendly service. Tommy is very knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand, and took a LOT of time with us, teaching us about the features of the car. Great sales company to work with. The staff at Colonial Motor Mart in Indiana were friendly and courteous. I called ahead to let them know which vehicles (that I had found on their internet website) that I would like to look at and test dri and courteous. Tommy my sales representative was friendly & good natured, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase or any hasty decisions. When dealing with price & trade I was never made to feel that I was out of line by asking for certain reductions or increases on my trade. Purchasing a vehicle is exciting yet stressful and makes for a long day. I felt welcome and comfortable from the time I walked into the showroom until the time I left. I am thrilled with my new vehicle & feel the deal was fair...although I should have remembered to tack the running boards into the deal. Ah, hindsight...next time I'll get them :) I would feel comfortable based on my experience, to recommend CMM to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle . More

I ASKED THE SALESMAN TO CALL ME THE NEXT DAY AFTER I HAD LOOKED AT THE CAR, TO GIVE ME THE EXACT PAYMENT AND INTEREST RATE. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. MY FRIEND STEVE SAID I DID NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING, AND HE WENT ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND YOUR SITE. HE GAVE ME INFORMATION ON SOME CARS AND SAID TO CALL AND SEE IF YOU STILL HAD THEM. I CALLED AND TALKED TO CHAD. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, REPEATING SEVERAL THINGS I WASN'T SURE ABOUT. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO RETURN MY CALLS, HE ALWAYS DID. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WHEN I HAD TO CALL AND TELL HIM I COULD NOT COME SEE THE CAR BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. STEVE AND I CAME TO LOOK AT THE CAR, AND I DROVE IT HOME.
