This is my second time in dealing with Chris Frank concerning a vehicle purchase. I've enjoyed working with him both times in the car buying experience. Was set to buy a used vehicle, but the Colonial Motor Mart body shop was unable to perform the required work to my satisfaction. Thanks to the professionalism of Chris Frank we were able to work through this and I bought a new 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer at a great price. More

A salesman got into contact with me after hearing I may be looking for a new vehicle. I visited Colonial not even expecting to purchase a vehicle but to test drive one I saw for sale online. Upon arriving I learned the vehicle I wanted was sold an hour before I could get there. Keith was very helpful and understood my disappointment but offered to show me around and let me test drive another car if I was interested. I wasn't aware there was a Mercedes for sale but after test driving it, I knew it would be a car I would be happy with. After driving and seeing a couple other cars, I knew it was on top of my list but I wanted to wait a couple months before purchasing. I talked to Keith and explained my dilemmas and the situation that it would require for me to even consider buying the vehicle soon. Keith reassured me and was able to negotiate terms that met exactly what I was looking for. While I was waiting for all the paperwork to go through, everyone who worked there was so pleasant. They all said hello, asked me how I was doing, and which car I was looking at getting. They were legitimately interested in my needs and supported me in my decision to purchase the vehicle but never pushed the issue to the point where I felt I was being backed into a corner. I knew I could of walked away at any moment with no questions asked or hard feelings. Overall, a great experience with amazing customer service.I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back next time I am looking for a vehicle. More

This is my third truck I purchased here. Truthfully my last experience with the salesman and the truck was bad enough I was not coming back. Surprisingly my girlfriend who also had a bad experience her p last experience with the salesman and the truck was bad enough I was not coming back. Surprisingly my girlfriend who also had a bad experience her previous visit bought a Nissan Murano from Tommy the Saturday before so I came back again to see what he had to offer me. We are both very happy we dealt with Tommy. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and treated us quite well. The previous salesman we dealt with was very pushy and did his very best to sell us a vehicle with 5600 miles on it as a new car, not a used one. If it was not for Tommy, we would not have purchased from this dealership again. That said, when it is time to trade these two vehicles in, we will be back to Colonial again, and a very heartfelt thank you to you Mr.Bresnahan. More

This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Colonial. The first being a Mazda B2000 in 1984. I'm a loyal Mazda customer and even though I have looked at other cars at other dealerships I always return to Colonial because of the service and primarily the "no pressure" sales. The last 3 vehicles I've bought Joe Cardiello has been my sales consultant. He's knowledgeable of the vehicles available in my price range and most importantly remembers who I am and what I like in a car. I also was impressed with Kevin when we were doing the financing with his knowledge and "tips" he gave me regarding paying off my loan (not early as I had intended as it is better for my credit score to make the payments). When I come in for service my car is serviced promptly and the service done correctly. The only suggestion I have is that when waiting for the car other beverages than coffee should be available. Water or hot tea would be nice for us non coffee drinkers. More

From the first phone call with the ultra friendly voice at the other end to the actual "form signing ceremony", I was impressed with Col management. I loved the fact that there was absolutely no sales pressure. Even though they are a large dealership, you feel like you are dealing with a small town shop. I love my Mitsubishi outlander sport and will absolutely purchase from Colonial again. More

Joe was our salesman...he was fabulous. He was very informative and listened to our concerns as well, that was the key. We went to 5 dealerships that day and none of the sales people came close to bei informative and listened to our concerns as well, that was the key. We went to 5 dealerships that day and none of the sales people came close to being as good as Joe. The key difference is he isn't pushy, didn't "attack" us the minute we walked onto the lot. The price discussions went better than expected from the start and they were not over priced to start with. The extra drive train lifetime warranty is a great bonus for people like us because we traded in two vehicles that were both over 13 years old so we plan on keeping our new truck that long also. We looked at some trucks at other dealerships and we couldn't believe what we were seeing. They were dirty and uncleaned, like someone drove it in and they put it right out on the lot for sale. Colonial vehicles were clean, that was also a selling point for us. All the people that we dealt with while we were at Colonial were all super, from being greeted at the door to the final step with Janet in finance. We have already passed Joe's business card onto a relative. More

We have purchased several vehicles from Colonial over the years, and have been happy with the purchasing process. We have been happy with the vehicle repair service at Colonial, and that's one of the reason years, and have been happy with the purchasing process. Our salesman this time was Tommy Bresnahan and we were pleased with how knowledgeable he was with setting up the controls in our new vehicle. Also, he is a good salesman in that he doesn't act like he's better than the customer. He was very pleasant to work with. We were also pleased with how Janet Balint was with the financial details of our purchase. We will be recommending Colonial to others. More

I had been looking on the Internet for a newer Tahoe to purchase, Found one at Colonial. Went in on a Wed,afternoon. The price was fair on the 2011 I was purchasing, and they gave me what I thought my olde purchase, Found one at Colonial. Went in on a Wed,afternoon. The price was fair on the 2011 I was purchasing, and they gave me what I thought my older Tahoe was worth. Made the deal with Chris, he showed me all the controls, etc. on the newer Tahoe, took it for a test drive. Came back to dealership, Janet worked up payments I was looking for, and got me a very good rate. Went back Thurs. evening to purchase. Happy with my new ride. Colonial Motor Mart had exactly what we wanted. Their internet price was better than anyone else in PA. We set up an appointment to meet with Joe. He showed us the car and we began to talk numbers with our trade. Joe was friendly, informative and non pressuring. It seemed that Joe wanted to sell us a car for US not for him to make commission. Everyone at the dealership was friendly from the front desk receptionist to the loan officer. We would highly recommend Colonial Motor Mart for your new or used car purchase. More
