Purchasing experience Wanted to say what a great experience we had when we went to look at purchasing a new vehicle. We were met by Keith Copenhaver as we were walking into the dealership. He was very friendly and asked what we were interested in looking at. We told him and he took us to show us the vehicles, he was very knowledgeable in the vehicles we were interested in and very patient with all of our questions. We decided on a Mitsubishi Outlander, but I wanted a white one and they only had gray and a blue I believe, well Keith went to see about getting us a white one and when he came back he told us he found one, a diamond white pearl ABOSUTELY BEAUTIFUL and it had a touring package, the top of the line for an excellent price. I was trading in a Buick Enclave which I loved, but the gas mileage was not so good , so deciding on the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport has made me very happy. I LOVE it. We also dealt with Mike Black who was also extremely nice to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to deal with knowledgeable salesman , no pressure , and a very friendly environment. My husband will be in the market for a new truck in the future and we will definitely go there first to look, and for all future purchases. More

I was always turned away from buying cars because all sales associates I've dealt with in the past have been pushy and just want to get the sale, but not Joe and Cynthia. They are both so good at what they do!! We are very pleased and happy that we got to work with both of them! My husband was driving past the dealership on a Sunday and saw the 2011 Chevy Traverse sitting on the lot. The dealership was closed until Monday so I sent an inquiry in online thinking it would be a couple days before I heard back from anyone. Cynthia had contacted me first thing Monday morning and we were in later that night for a test drive! Joe and Cynthia were willing to stay past closing hours to work with us which was nice since my husband works a lot of late hours. They were both very knowledgable with the car we were interested in and had an answer for every question we asked. When my husband and I arrived a couple days later for the delivery, Cynthia had all the paperwork filled out, organized, and ready for us, which saved us a lot of time!! Since the delivery, I've been back and forth to the dealership a few times dropping off paperwork and scheduling some service work. Every time, Cynthia has met me outside, helped me carry in my 2 children (ages 2.5 and 3 months), and goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. I've talked to her countless times on the telephone during the whole experience and conversation comes so easy. It's nice that she is able to build a relationship with her customers, which makes us feel so much greater than just customers! All is all, Joe and Cynthia are great people to work with. I highly recommend working with these two if you are searching for vehicles!! More

I first saw the Chevy Avalanche I have been hunting for come up on Autotrader a Cynthia was great person to deal with and made the process very easy. I first saw the Chevy Avalanche I have been hunting for come up on Autotrader at their dealership. I sent an email not expecting to hear back since the ad didn’t have any pictures or anything up yet. I heard back very quickly with a ton of information not expected at that time, she provided that they just received the truck on trade and it was in the shop being inspected and it wasn’t even cleaned up yet. Within an hour she had walked into the garage took pictures of the truck for me while it was still on the lift! She then sent me emails and text messages to my phone with pictures and a full list of options on the truck. At this point I was already impressed with her being so quick to get me information. I knew this truck would go fast and the day I was able to go look at it they closed at 6PM, but no problem said Cynthia let me know when you get about 20 minutes away and Ill be there to show you the truck. Cynthia and Joe met us at the lot that evening and we looked the truck over they provided more information and we went for a test drive as well, now this is all when the dealership is actually closed. On the way home I decided I wanted to move forward with the truck so Cynthia got my deposit and starting getting everything cleaned up and ready for delivery after the weekend. The communication was great she would use text, phone or email which ever was preferred by me and we were able to get this to work out even during my hours at work. I went to go back up to pick my truck up and she had everything ready for me, truck was all cleaned up, paperwork was ready to go and we were in and out that night. Cynthia and Joe are a great team and made the process extremely easy with me being over an hour away. In the future when I am searching for a car I will be sure to contact Cynthia and Joe! More
