I visited 3 others before I drove 55 minutes to come look at the cars at Colonial Motor Mart. I was searching for a black Mazda 3 and had found one on the Colonial Motor Mart website and had inquired more information on it. Cynthia then reached out to give me more information on the Mazda, and I have to say she wasn't pushy, she was EXTREMELY friendly and helped me in every aspect that she could to find me my dream car. This was the first car I would ever buy, so I of course had really high anxiety and was scared of the whole process of becoming "in debt" per say. Cynthia guided me through everything and steered me as if I were her own child, which was quite comforting. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and only being 19 this was quite a leap for me into the real world. I couldn't thank Cynthia enough for what she's done for me. I highly recommend her to anyone that has anxiety issues like I do haha, thank you again I'm so happy with my new 2011 Mazda 3 :) More

Fantastic Cynthia is not only a great saleswoman, but also a great person. I recently purchased a used Mercedes from her and she ensured that I felt no pre Cynthia is not only a great saleswoman, but also a great person. I recently purchased a used Mercedes from her and she ensured that I felt no pressure to buy and was allowed to make the final decision at my own pace (which ended up being a weekend). She told me from the very beginning that she had not sold many Mercedes' but that she would do everything she could to educate herself on the car. I greatly appreciated her honesty from the beginning. She truly took that to heart and learned all that she could about a brand that she may not even sell again, just to ensure she could show me how to use the vehicles features. She really went above and beyond for me, although from an interaction I saw between her and another one of her clients this is the way that she handles all of her business. She is a true professional. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership and work 50-60 hour weeks; Cynthia made herself available whenever I was (this included coming in on a Saturday to let me test drive the car). She was also fantastic with phone and e-mail communication, all questions were answered very promptly and professionally. If I wasn't already sold on Cynthia being my forever go to for vehicles it happened when she asked me to send her a text when I got home after my test drive (I had not purchased the vehicle at that point) and also after I went back to pick up the vehicle to make sure that I made it home OK. I love my car and am beyond impressed with the Colonial Team. I truly cannot put into words how happy I am with my experience. Due to my job I am very cautious about who I recommend to friends or clients in any situation, but I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to Cynthia, she is "one in a million". One evening while searching the internet, I came across an Acadia that matched what I was looking for at Colonial, so decided to try them to see what kind of deal they would offer me. I set up an appointment with Chris Frank for the next morning. When I arrived and met Chris, he made me feel welcomed and was very helpful in locating the vehicle I thought I wanted. We then set up an appointment to bring my gal up to look at several color options. While discussing the color options it became obvious that my gal really liked the sunroof option and we agreed to Quicksilver with the Ebony leather interior. We picked and located the vehicle and I asked if I could get the dual exhaust feature on the SLT2 ? With the answer of no, I opted to purchase the Denali. Chris was very thorough in all my dealings with him. He went above and beyond to secure my business. I would rate him A-PLUS More

Very friendly and professional I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, and was looking the better part of the past three months. Checked on new vehicles as well as used, and was n I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, and was looking the better part of the past three months. Checked on new vehicles as well as used, and was not having any luck. I worked with three other dealers prior to meeting Cynthia when I requested some additional information on a used Jeep Wrangler that I pulled up on Cars.com. Cynthia responded immediately to my request with the information I requested. The other three dealers showed very little interest in me purchasing a vehicle from them. I cannot recall how many times I called or asked questions via email and most times they called back days later of in some occasions did not call back at all. It was very refreshing to see that this was not the case with Cynthia. each question , call, email or text was answered in a timely fashion and before I even went to test drive the vehicle I felt very comfortable dealing with her. This made the whole purchase so much more relaxed. Everything went very smoothly at the dealer when we went to pick up vehicle. would definitely recommend this dealership and Cynthia to any of my friends. It was a great experience. More
