Overall, it was a great experience from the moment we pulled into the lot until we pulled out driving our new Outlander! More

They ran like a finely tuned machine. To me, the sale was a high-pressure sell but, that is what I expected and was used to it. A negative I have to state was that after we agreed on the price and sale and shook hands, Joe started typing it into the computer and said that they need to talk to me about something. Another employee came and indicated that they are required by GM to tell me that this vehicle was reviewed by GM for a transmission noise and that was the reason the previous owner traded it in. Obviously, I would have liked to know this during our negotiations. I asked Joe if, and when, he was going to tell me about this. He said that if it was a problem, I could "un-shake" his hand. He showed me that paperwork that GM checked out the vehicle with no issues. Other than mentioned above, the people were friendly, and I look forward to a long life of this vehicle. Finally, the lifetime warranty on the powertrain was also a factor in the decision. More

quick ... they even washed and returned my rental for me. I wanted to be in and out of there quick ... buying car for my daughter. They made it quick for me so I could get back to work. Terrible service I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change and state inspection. I brought my vehicle in at 10:00 on time for my appointment. I then sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to be done with these 2 basic services. While in the waiting room I was talking with another gentleman who was there for over 3 hours as well for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was finally ready I asked why it took so long and was rudely told by a gentleman that that’s how long it takes. I then asked to speak to the manager and sure enough the rude gentleman was the manager, Tom Moss. This is the second problem I have had with this service department and I will never use this dealership for anything again. I love my GMC but I will gladly travel an hour to another dealership just to avaoid ever dealing with this dealership again More
