We have dealt with Jim for many years and trust him implicitly. There is never any pressure. He shows us what we asked for and then suggests something else we might like. He is always very courteous. He has been in the business so long, his knowledge of the product is extensive. This will possibly be the 5-6 car Jim has gotten for us, and all have been great. What more can I say? The experience was pleasant as usual. The staff at Colonial was also extremely kind. We had our Schnauzer with us and they all treated her very well. I also purchased the extra warranty that Jim recommended for the car to avoid any unexpected expense.
