Chad did an excellent job of explaining the technics of the car, and Jim was outstandingly patient when I kept changing my mind about which car I wanted. He carefully checked out every detail that I asked for to get us the best deal. And Chad, thank you for showing me how to work all the things that I couldn't figure out. It was a pleasure to work with both of you, as it always has been with the other purchases we made. We do recommend Colonial Motors to our friends, and will be back! More

I had never dealt with this process of buying a car on my own in my adult life and everything about it made me nervous. My husband finally convinced me to stop at Colonial Motor Mart and just to '"look" at some vehicles and that's when strolling through the parking lot came Jim Ferguson. He was very pleasant and friendly and showed us around to what we were looking for. We called Jim up on a Saturday afternoon, test drove two cars and made a deal in a little over an hour. Jim made the process quick and stress free. With us both being very community minded people, we felt very happy to purchase the vehicle we wanted locally. In this age where every dollar in your pocket counts we feel confident we got a good deal at Colonial and would be willing to purchase from them again in the future. More

When we arrived at Colonial, he graciously referred us to Jake Karcher since he was busy with other customers. We did not mind this referral at all, in fact, we thought it was quite generous of him. Jake is younger and stepped right up to take care of us. He promptly explored what we were looking for, retrieved two vehicles from the lot, and away we went on the test drive. Jake explained features of each vehicle and let me ask a lot of questions. Jake anchored the negotiations between the buyer and sales management. We came to a fine deal, only to be made a little better after we left the dealership. It is our impression that Colonial, through Jake and Janet, and the others, worked hard to get us to 'Yes'. Their customer service and give and take were impressive. We think we got a good deal on our new CX-3, but if we didn't, they at least treated us right and made us feel good about it! The process from start to finish was painless (other than my monthly payment lol) He even brought the vehicle to my home to see if it would fit in my garage. We tend to hold on to our vehicles so I won't be buying again anytime soon but I know that Colonial is there for maintenance and general upkeep of my vehicle. More

told to live with noise in engine compartment Doesnt General Motors have enough problems let along a jingle bell noise in the car. I purchased a new 2014 cts Cadilliac from Colonial motors i Doesnt General Motors have enough problems let along a jingle bell noise in the car. I purchased a new 2014 cts Cadilliac from Colonial motors in Indiana Penna in May of this year. i had it in to check on a problem, with only 502 miles for a jingle noise in the engine compartment. I was told they couldnt hear the noise. was told to run 3 tanks of 93 octane gas in it. Was told it was a valve clatter. Tried telling Jerry it wasnt to no avail. Ran the gas as told and it did nothing to correct the problem. I took it back about 3 weeks later with same noise and they heard it tried a fix , but that didnt correct the problem. Was in another time and still had the noise. Took it back again for the factory rep. to look at it and they tried some repairs and that didnt help. i refused to take the car and was given a loaner. My car was in the shop for 11 days till the engineer came in and worked on it with a mechanic . i was down there for over 4 hours that day. After the 4 hours went to the conference room to speak to Jim Kirk, factory rep, Bob the enginer and Jerry the service manager. was told the car was fixed. I then asked if i heard the noise again what should i do? Jim Kirk told me , quote , LIVE WITH IT. nice coment from a General Motors Rep. Did get very upset on that coment and used the F word. Stormed out of dealer ship and the owner Chuck Jr. approched me and we eventually took the car for a ride. Well Chuck heard the noise. The date this happened was Oct 13. I drove the car home and heard the noise the whole way home. Today Oct 20 at about 2 pm i called and told Colonial Motors i wanted to have the car brought in for the same noise and was told by Jerry the service manager that it was fixed and he would not work on the car for that noise. Jeff Kirk told him to deny service on the car for the noise. I have not driven the car since bringing it home Oct 13. I was advised by a retired mechanic not to drive it. I was also told by Jerry that the noise was normal. My car now has only about 4,560 miles on it . Before buying this car i drove 2 other cts cadillacs 2014 and one 2015 cts , the 3 of them were v6 engines like mine and never heard the noise in those cars. I cant believe being treated like i was not only at the dealership, but by a GM Rep. I have since filled for the lemon law. More
