Unpleasant sale My experience was not what I was expecting. I dealt with my salesperson Dominic which he did a fantastic job. Chris intervened and was very rude to him in front of me making the experience very unpleasant. I dealt with a total of 3 salesman and Chris made things very difficult explaining and giving many numbers at once. They tried to take $500 for repurposing without giving me a total for my trade in right away. I went out to my vehicle after the appraisal to find that they did not lock up my car which had over $2000 in personal property ready to be taken. I would have preferred a straight up consultation but they were very back and forth and not straightforward giving much confusion. There was little negotiation and the demeanor of the sales group was very condescending. My salesman Dominic should have been there the whole time, but he was rudely interrupted by Chris and made things very confusing. I did not know who was selling me the car. I wish there was a more personal and trustworthy team, because I felt taken advantage of. I have had more pleasant experiences at Blue Knob and did not feel condescended or taken advantage of. I indeed do like my vehicle, but I spent close to 3-4 hours in negotiation and wasted much of my time More

Second pleasant purchase in six months We purchased a Mirage from this dealership in August 2014 and were totally satisfied, so when we decided 4WD was a must this February, we went back. There was a misconception on our part on pricing, but between Chad an CJ, it was explained very well and we actually got a better deal than we started out hoping for. As with the last purchase, Janet was awesome. These people go out of their way to make sure you get more than what you expect going in. We are so very satisfied. And can't say enough about Chad and his going the extra mile to make sure all the little things were taken care of. Great teamwork!. On a side note, this past weekend was a nasty one, weather-wise, and we were pleasantly surprised at how well the Outlander handled it. An amazing vehicle. More

Great vehicle purchasing experience. I found the exact truck I'd been looking for online at Colonial and the price was right. I went in knowing what monthly payment I could afford. I also knew I had less than perfect credit after getting behind on bills a few years ago due to layoffs and cut hours at work. I'd finally dug myself out and got everything caught up. I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone by getting a new truck and getting an auto loan to help my credit by making on time payments. Joe "Car" also mentioned how much an auto loan would help me. Joe and Kevin looked at my credit and my situation and were still able to work some magic and get me the payment I needed on the truck I wanted (and needed). No pressure sales. Didn't tell me "Sorry, we can't help you" after seeing my credit. They did everything they could to help me out. Would definitely recommend Colonial Motor Mart and Joe "Car" Cardiello. More
