I got a quick response from Joe cardiello. He introduced himself and gave me some information on the outlander sport said they had many on the lot . told me of a rebate. And we tried to set a day for me to travel from Dubois to look at the outlanders they had and take a test drive. Unfortunately I got extremely busy at my job. A week went by. Joe kept in touch. I had a day off it was Friday . I called Colonial . wanted them to look at my trade in for pricing. And I would check out their outlanders. The sales manager said Joe was off but Yes they would look at my trade . When I arrived I was introduced to Salesman Chris Frank. He was very knoledgefull about the outlander and we found one I liked. Chris took us on a great test drive explaining all about the outlander. We even had a few tough questions for him . and he got the answers . The sales manager stopped by to introduce himself. Everyone was very friendly. Next was the Deal and numbers I had a budget and payment I could not exceed. The first look was high I countered with my budget. And the finance department went looking for my best rate.being late on Friday many banks where not responding well taking too long. A joint decision was to try on Saturday. Chris kept in touch and we talked about all our options. On Saturday I talked to Janet Balint. Business Manager. We talked about prices and I told her my budget. She Listened to my Budget and She would work the deal. After a very brief time Chris called back and The Deal was made exactly what fit my budget. I was very excited getting the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. In a hours time colonial had all paperwork taking care of and my New Octane Blue Mitsubishi outlander sport ready to go. And I was on my way. Everyone I met there was Happy and Pleasant. They are now my Mitsubishi dealership. And I recommend all to do business there. More

After speaking to Joe "Car"diello on the phone and explaining the distance I had to travel, he assured me that he would be able to work with me to make purchasing the vehicle as hassle free as possible so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Joe and all the staff I worked with, Mike Black for my trade in and even John Latsko, the General Sales Manager lived up to their word. We negotiated and sealed fair deal. I could only be happier if I could use this dealership to service my beautiful new Mazda. Unfortunately it is too far away for that. More
