From the beginning of our search for a new vehicle, Joe Cardeillo could not have given us more personalized attention. He knew what we were looking for and kept in constant communication with us as he attempted to find us the vehicle that met our request. We received phone calls and emails from him whether we were in Pennsylvania, Maryland or Florida, to keep us updated. He did everything possible to accommodate us and eventually, found the asked-for CadillacSRX that we had wanted. When we went into the dealership to pick it up, we were greeted warmly by the Sales Manager, John, and shortly thereafter by one of the owners, WH Spadafore. During our time there, one of the mechanics walking through the dealership, even stopped to speak to us. The necessary paperwork that needed to be completed became a pleasure as Janet so pleasantly went over each form with us. Perhaps it is our age showing, but life has taught us that it is indeed the little things that often mean the most.
