Great Assistance We stopped at the dealership because we needed a larger car for our family. We went to Indiana to look at a vehicle at a different dealership, but the We stopped at the dealership because we needed a larger car for our family. We went to Indiana to look at a vehicle at a different dealership, but the car wasn't there. Also, we found out that it was not as large as,we had expected. We were driving into Indiana for food when we came across this dealer. Mazdas have a food reputation. It was already 5 on a Friday, so we didn't expect them to be open. To our delight, they were open! We went into the dealer and simply asked the friendly salesman for a standard transmission vehicle with more space. He was knowledgeable of what was on the lot, and had us out for a test drive within minutes of us arriving. Never did I expect to be able to buy a New car that day. We stopped in to browse our options, and Mike helped us find a car we love that truly suits or family. Hr was friendly, suggested a great place for dinner, and helped us get into our New car long after he should have been done at work! A+ customer service was delivered to us through out experience! Mya was knowledgable about the Lancer I was interested in. She was patient and encouraging when I requested a second test drive on the 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer after I drove the 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer. She helped examine and compare both cars for features, ride experience relative to smoothness, quietness and handling. She was able to assist my with pairing my phone to the bluetooth and explaining various features. She was able to reach the appropriate dealership staff to answer my questions. I received an excellent trade-in price for my current vehicle. Stan worked with me on negotiating an acceptable out the door price comparison for the 2015 and 2016 Lancers. I left with the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I would highly recommend Colonial Motor to my friends. More
