Did wait 90 minutes to get into finance after I did my credit app. Their knowledge was certified pre-owned was weak, and they offer it. The finance lady added around $1500 to the deal that we agreed on, it may of been an accident, and it was fixed. Mya seems like a nice lady, even though she took other customers even though I called and said I was on my way. It just felt like my time wasn't valued for my long trip that I made. More

Joe Car Lives Up to His Name! We have bought numerous vehicles from Joe over the years because he is so informed about his stock but also knows what we consider important. My wife and I went to Colonial with a list of possibilities for a new vehicle which Joe quickly helped us whittle down and then we were off on a test ride after Joe let us sit in the vehicle and explore all the bells and whistles. We had all the time we needed to make a final decision about our new vehicle. When my wife wanted a different interior, Joe quickly arranged a dealer trade and our car was there in days. I hate the "dog and pony" show for negotiating price ( I once walked out of a another dealer that didn't respect my time) but that wasn't an issue for us with Joe! More

The rear spoiler on the vehicle I purchased was slightly detached on the driver side when I can to inspect the vehicle. Jim looked at the problem with me. When we met Stan I reiterated the problem and Jim and Stan said it would be fixed when I came to pick up the car. I returned two days later and the repair on the spoiler was unsatisfactory. Double sided tape was used and the width of the tape made the spoiler lip sit up off of the body. I traveled 1 hr 20 minutes to pick up the car and could not wait for the repair to be re-worked. I was disappointed that anyone would have thought that repair was suitable.Stan was very good to work with too. He told me he was not satisfied with the repair and would make it right. People were excellent The car and price was the best within 200 miles of Pittsburgh Returning to have a small fix done is a great inconvenience. More

I drove 300 miles to buy from Colonial, and I'd do it again! I started off searching local dealers for a specific Mitsubishi. As it turned out, the closest dealer that had exactly what I wanted was Colonial Mot I started off searching local dealers for a specific Mitsubishi. As it turned out, the closest dealer that had exactly what I wanted was Colonial Motor Mart in Indiana, PA. I live 300 miles away and didn't even know this town existed, but decided to take a chance and inquire about the car through the Colonial Mitsubishi website. A sales professional (Chad Segner) promptly responded and handled all of my questions and concerns (and I had a lot of questions!!!). We exchanged a few quick emails and had a deal put together in no time. I was very skeptical about doing a long distance purchase like this, but this is nothing unusual for this dealer and these guys made the entire process painless. My sales rep was professional and courteous, and nobody ever tried to pressure me for anything. I would not hesitate to do business with Colonial again…even if I have to drive another 300 miles to get there! More

The options that were presented, were, as a matter of choice to us. We felt no pressure to purchase anything we did not want or need. We were given a tour of the Service area, introduced to the Service Personnel, and a bit of history of Colonial Motor Mart insuring the integrity of this business.
