Best car buying experience of my life I drove from Pittsburgh to Indiana, nearly 90 minutes out of my way, just to look at a used SUV at Colonial Motor Mart. I am very glad I made the tri I drove from Pittsburgh to Indiana, nearly 90 minutes out of my way, just to look at a used SUV at Colonial Motor Mart. I am very glad I made the trip. I worked with Jim Ferguson, who was friendly, personable, and more laid back than any human has a right to be. After I explained why I had driven all that way and what my needs were in a used vehicle, he simply let the vehicle do the talking. The exceptional pricing sealed the deal. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. I have been in the banking industry for nearly 20 years. The finance manager, Jan, was a real pleasure to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me a slew of options to choose from where the finance term, rate, and warranties were concerned. She didn't push me into one option or another. She simply explained the options and answered my questions and allowed me to choose the right payment and warranty fit for me. Before I left, I got to meet Stan, the sales manager. He was a real hoot to chat with and before I drove off the lot, he took the time to make sure any lingering questions or concerns of mine were addressed. Even though I had never stepped foot on that lot before, I felt like I had known the entire staff for years. It really was that comfortable of a car buying experience. The one final point I'd like to make is something of a rarity in buying a used car. Colonial Motor Mart performed the inspection on my vehicle roughly three weeks before I bought it. They provided me with a copy of what their inspection entailed. The vehicle I purchased had just over 44,000 miles. The inspection invoice showed they went ahead and took care of several manufacturer suggested maintenances that were due at 45,000 miles. This was in addition to several minor repairs performed such as replacing the wiper blades, a bad car horn, turn signal bulb. to name a few. It was surprising enough that they made the effort to handle those routine 45,000 mile maintenance items. But to give me the entire inspection report was downright shocking. That level of transparency in used car buying in almost unheard of and really gave me the confidence of knowing exactly what I was getting into and driving 90 minutes home with. Thanks Jim! More

Mya and Stan We recently had the pleasure of buying a used car from Mya Dively at Colonial Motor Mart. She was friendly , attentive and professional with us as we pondered purchasing a used Jeep Cherokee. She went out of her way to see that we were comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle and price. When we closed the deal, she even had the Jeep washed for us even though it looked pretty clean to begin with. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Stan Petrigac regarding our trade-in. He very quickly got us a good price for our 2004 Grand Cherokee, twice what we were offered at another dealer. A few days later when we discovered that we left our EZ pass in the trade-in, Stan made every effort to locate it for us, but unfortunately, It had already gone to auction. Stan then did the unexpected and offered to reimburse us for the cost of a replacement, even though it was our mistake. I would highly recommend both Stan and Mya! More
