The car I purchased was absolutely beautiful. Loaded with every feature I could have wanted, 5 years newer and all within my budget. I would have never thought I'd walk out of the dealer with a new car. I'm thrilled beyond words. The follow up was exceptional with appointments to handle my first inspection and my first general check up. A pain-free and fear-free experience! My 06 Chevy Equinox was ailing badly. So my wife and I discussed possibility of getting something new. Our son and his wife had just purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander at Colonial a few months ago and were very pleased with how the deal went for them at the time. So I motored over to Colonial. I walked around the lot for a short time and then entered the showroom area. I was soon introduced to Jim Ferguson who is a sales rep. As soon as I met him I was impressed for a number of reasons -- his appearance, his personality, and his knowledge of the vehicles which involve his work. I told him what I was interested in and we walked around a bit and then he showed me the ONE! A 2015 Mitsubishi Sport which had a special deal going. The rest is history -- we took a ride -- worked on the deal and in process was informed that because I was a veteran (U.S.M.C.) I would get $150.00 discount included in the deal! Jim was most helpful all the way, even driving me back to Belsano area to pick up my wife and bring her back so she could sign the papers and we would be able to drive the new vehicle home! Also, the lady who got stacks of paper work ready for us to sign -- I believe her name is Jan -- she also was very helpful. I would not only highly recommend the dealership, but also the persons, Jim and Jan, who were so helpful in getting us into our new Mitsubishi vehicle. I have been burned a few times over the years in car deals and usually came into a dealership very skeptical, but at Colonial that all changed dramatically. Thanks for a very pleasant ride! :-) More
