Small town hospitality I would like to share my buying experience at Colonial Motor Mart in Indiana Pennsylvania. I was in the market for a new GMC Sierra. After contacting I would like to share my buying experience at Colonial Motor Mart in Indiana Pennsylvania. I was in the market for a new GMC Sierra. After contacting a couple of dealerships in my home state, I decided to price the vehicle while visiting family in Indiana. I was very pleased with the deal I received at Colonial. Charles Sarver, my salesman, and all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and professional in the purchase of my new GMC. Bought My 2016 Yukon Denali Over the Phone After building a 2017 Yukon Denali on the GMC web site I clicked on the Locate a Vehicle Button. Colonial Motor Mart had the exact vehicle I wanted i After building a 2017 Yukon Denali on the GMC web site I clicked on the Locate a Vehicle Button. Colonial Motor Mart had the exact vehicle I wanted in a 2016 model. Doing the showroom dance is not my thing (won't do it) ! I sent them the original window sticker, photos and VIN for my trade. Took advantage of year end factory incentives and saved big $ along with getting a fair price on my trade after inspection. We went to lunch and looked around uptown while having the paint protectant applied. Charles called when it was done. Overall a great experience! More

Great place to purchase a vehicle. This is a very good dealership. No one gives you the hard sale. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Mya Dively. and its the 2nd purchase. Bought a car that would not pass inspection Purchased a car in July of 2016 that would not pass inspection but apparently colonial felt it was ok to put on the road. Ball joint was shot and unsafe for travel but yet colonial didn't have a problem throwing a sticker on it. This problem was discovered only 2 months after purchase. Also subframe is rusted and emergency brake does not work just to name a few others. Will not be back to purchase another vehicle. Gave it a shot due to the warranty but will be taking business back to stuckey ford. More

Jim handled our initial test drive answering all the pertinent questions. The next day, Joe accommodated our schedule allowing us to visit on very short notice. He explained the differences between the package included on the vehicle that we were considering and the other packages Mazda offered. Joe's no-pressure approach created an easy setting for coming to the final terms of the deal. After the sale, joe personally initiated the process for our insurance to be transferred from our trade-in to our new vehicle. Later, Joe took time to further explain features included on our new car. We will certainly consider buying other vehicles at Colonial. More
