I arrived at the dealership on cool, rainy day! I was greeted on this nasty day with warm friendly smiles. I had already discussed with Silvio the vehicle I was interested in. Your Sales Consultant Rodrigo Perez was very helpful to both me and my wife. I helped me take care of some issues that needed to be taken care of after I took the car. The problem is not Colonial Ford. It is with the Ford product. No one seem to be able to figure out why my Escape battery drains or why I keep getting the message to turn off the ignition to save the bat product.
