Our salesperson Rodrigo was VERY helpful in getting us into the truck we selected. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. We chose the truck we wanted online, went to the dealership and were home into the truck we selected. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. I was not happy with customer service experience while my truck was in for service. My truck was at dealership for 10 weeks and I only received calls to update me if I called them first or went to the dealer truck was in for service. When I finally picked it up, then truck’s exterior was quite dirty as it had been sitting in a bay for 2 months. There was also a new small dent on rear panel. After several weeks of hearing nothing, I called Ford customer service to see if they could help expedite the process. Worked was performed well, but customer service aspect was poor. More
