I worked with Steve Hughes in the sales department and his knowledge of the vehicles was incredible. He was a straight shooter which is what I like in people. The same goes for management up and down including the finance team. I would recommend Colonial Ford without hesitation to anyone I know. More

Friendly service staff, great service From the ease of scheduling appointments to completing the work, a pleasant experience. Routine service Went in for routine service: GOF, rotate tires, and multipoint checkup. All way well...in and out in less than 1 hour. However, someone forgot to doublecheck the hood latch. As I was driving on I-495, at 65+ mph, the hood latch disengaged. Fortunately, the manual release latch held until I could pull over and secure the hood. No problems, otherwise. Will definitely return for esrvice in the future. More

Luke warm sales experience Have purchased many Fords, several new. Had to ask for 0%financing. Didn’t offer. Had to inquire if 1st service complimentary, didn’t offer. Really???? Product specialist didn’t really know vehicle. Wanted short bed; ended up with long bed through lack of communication. When picking up vehicle I seemed to be an annoyance at dealership. The only constructive feedback would be for the senior staff to provide more support and in-process training to newer staff. Dan was fantastic about following up on any questions he couldn't field himself, but it felt like that support wasn't readily available to him. That being said, bottom line, I would recommend Colonial Ford. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More
