Sean knew of a leased car that had been returned, that was not currently on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features, was pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining terms at the point we made a decision to purchase, and didn't play any price games. We received a good offer for our trade in with his and the Sales Mgr's help. Was also impresed with the Loan Manager.
