What Others Say

I had a flat tire that immediately needed attention, because I had an event to go to. I went in on a Saturday with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. They were very willing to fit me in and plug the hole. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Hernandez, even went above and beyond to help get oil changes done, so they could fix my tire quickly. I appreciate the welcoming environment and very helpful staff!

Christopher Copeland went above and beyond and I love my new ride. Will be back and send all friend and family

Took my wife's 2018 Pathfinder in with 62571 miles on it due to a ticking noise coming from the engine (V-6). they charged me a $179.69 diagnostic fee. According to my receipt it says they found a multi cylinder misfire code of P0300. The check engine light should have been on for that. The receipt also said the technician found sludge inside the oil fill cap and the corrective action was to replace my engine. I am a mechanic, been working on engines since 1985. before I tell a customer that they need a new engine, I would have at least pulled the valve covers off and taken pictures to show what I have found. Basically I got charged $179 to have somebody unscrew an oil fill cap and not really diagnose the problem. NEVER take a vehicle to this place to have any diagnostic work done. I wouldn't trust them with a flat tire.

My family and I have purchased the last ten vehicles from Collins Nissan, specifically from Ricco Hughes. Early on I tried shopping around but found my way back to Ricco. Now I just call him and let him handle my needs.

After I bought a Nissan NV200 from them on 5/3/2021, I received an email from Marc Pentella, General Sales Manager, on 6/8/2021 asking me if he can help me buy a vehicle - what the f***???? I called immediately and told him that I already bought a vehicle five weeks ago, but I haven't received my plates & registration yet. I told him that I emailed the sales person, Yani, who sold me the van but haven't heard back from her (for 4 days now). He said he would look into it, but hasn't gotten back to me. So I called KY DMV, and they told me that Collins Nissan has not submitted the VIN for title or registration - they have no record of the VIN #. I called Nissan USA and filed a complaint, they gave me a case # and told me that to expect a call from the regional specialist by EoB tomorrow. The Nissan USA regional special contacted Marc Pentella and he still didn't call me. I called the Finance manager, Geoff Richardson, and he didn't call back. I called the Sales Manager, Patrick Williamns, and he didn't call back.
