I bought a used 2019 jeep compass from them a week ago, and it had several undisclosed problems. It’s a coin flip whether it starts each day or not. and it had several undisclosed problems. It’s a coin flip whether it starts each day or not. More

Aggies beware – this dealership does not abide by the Aggie Code of Honor, and they attempt to “lie, cheat, and steal” when selling you a car. I was a cash buyer on a new car that they had clearly adver Aggie Code of Honor, and they attempt to “lie, cheat, and steal” when selling you a car. I was a cash buyer on a new car that they had clearly advertised for a specific price. The listing showed one customer cash package (that everyone qualifies for) as being included in that advertised price. The also clearly state on the listing description that “Price does NOT include Tax, Title, License or Doc Fee. Price includes: $1500 – XXXXX (redacted by reviewer) Customer Cash.” So the price listed already includes a specific customer cash package, and there is nothing else required to complete the purchase, other than TTL and the doc fees. When I asked for an “out the door” price, imagine my surprise to see it come back with a sales price (not counting the TTL and doc fees) that was over $4500 higher than advertised. When asked why that was, they said the posted pricing included two optional customer cash incentives (military and new grad, each for $500), and they had a mandatory set of protection features/adds that they put on EVERY (new/used) car on their lot. I of course pointed out that nowhere in the listing was there anything about optional customer cash incentives, nor was there anything about mandatory dealer adds – the listing was very clear that the price listed did not include TTL and doc fees, but that nothing else was needed to complete the purchase. They then pointed me to a standard disclaimer at the bottom of the listing that does NOT mention anything about mandatory dealer protection add-ons nor anything about optional customer incentives. In fact this disclaimer starts with the following text “All pricing and details are believed to be accurate…” How can pricing details be “believed to be accurate” when they did not disclose these mandatory dealer protection add-ons, despite saying EVERY vehicle comes with them?? The same question applies to the optional customer incentives – why clearly list one being applied, but not mention anything about the other two that they clearly know were incorrectly factored into the pricing? A belief of accuracy in pricing cannot, by definition, contain known falsehoods on EVERY listing on their website. Were the issues above limited to one vehicle listing, one could chalk it up to an “honest mistake”. However, the fact that these same issues appear on EVERY listing on their website, it clearly amounts to false advertising and fraud. More
