I serviced my vehicle through Matt in the service department and he rocks. He actually cares about my car. Last year I bought a used Jeep Commander and I had some warranty work done. Matt went overboard to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently. He went beyond what a normal employee would do for a customer. As a result I have become a customer for life. If you want to deal with people who care as much about your car as you do, buy from Cole Chrysler. If you're ok with taking chances, visit another dealer. Ask for Matt! More

VERY DISHONORABLE Cole is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. They do not honor their signed deals. Do not trust the dealership. Came in with a pre-approved loan from my credit union. I signed papers with the dealership, they talked to my credit union and knew the check was coming the next day. When I first went to Mazda I met Walter Wright and he gave me a test drive, I later worked with Vince Silva for some time before making up my mind which car I should buy. I tested Mazda, Ford, Kia, Nissan and Toyota. Vince was very helpful letting me test drive the cars on many occasions. My car was ordered from Japan and I was told it would take two to three months to get it, It actually took about two months. Tyler Wise kept me informed of where the car was, in the process of building and shipping it. I enjoyed the buying process and feel I have made a good decision on which car to buy and have made new friends in the process. I had called ahead for a specific car and tlyer Wise had it ready for me to test drive as I arrived. He was friendly and informative and I actually drove a number of cars before making my final decision. Tyler then introduced me to Stuart Brownlee who walked me through the many features of my Mazda CX-5 while he worked on the financing for the purchase. It was a great example of team sales. The whole process from test drive to purchase took about an hour and one-half. I definitely would recommend this fine dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge , Chrysler, Jeep or Mazda product. More

Once the van arrived, Jack Evans was extremely helpful with all the details to complete the sale, plus explaining all the van's features including navigation, dashboard, cruise control, and many more, besides setting up our Sirius Radio, and our Blue Tooth. Larry Willis added his expertise with our trade-in, and Brian Beckwith was great in the finance department with completing all the paperwork in a very timely manner. Even those not involved in our particular sale made us feel welcome, including Matthew Frey, and Vince Silva. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Cole and we'd recommend them highly. More
