BEST Experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle I have purchased over a dozen vehicles from new and used car lots and I have never been treated better than I was at Cobert's by Charles. Usually it takes hours and hours of pointless number running and contacting banks before anything gets done. Charles was awesome told me to take the vehicle for a spin down the interstate and let him know how I liked it. I filled out ONE credit app unlike like other places I've visited before. Once I decided I wanted the car Charles told me to just go grab some breakfast and be back an hour later. An hour later I had a deal DONE. No funny mark ups on financing interest or sales gimmicks. He laid out the offer straight from the bank gave me exactly what my trade in valued at and I could not be happier. I have never had an easier experience in buying a car. Very honest, very upfront which is a rarity in the automotive field. 10/10 no doubt More

Great buying experience I was looking for a mid-sized SUV, and located one at Colbert's Auto Outlet in Hickory, N.C. I was greeted by sales associate, Charles Blachnik when I was looking for a mid-sized SUV, and located one at Colbert's Auto Outlet in Hickory, N.C. I was greeted by sales associate, Charles Blachnik when I arrived. I located a vehicle that I was interested in, and was able to take a test drive. When I arrived back at the dealership, Charles was very straight forward with the pricing, and it was a price that I could afford. There was no haggling, or going back and forth between a sales associate, and a sales manager. The entire process took less than 2 hours, and I was ridding off in the vehicle I wanted.
