I was searching for a new (to me) car for awhile and I really wasn't looking forward to s I just had an amazing experience with Colbert's Auto Outlet! I was searching for a new (to me) car for awhile and I really wasn't looking forward to spending hours and hours at a dealership trying to deal with a salesperson attempting to wear me down like you get at all the large places. This is not at all what I experienced here. I called Colbert's Auto Outlet and go in touch with Trae and his father who were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I went in knowing what car I wanted and knowing I was an hour away, so I explain my situation. Trae bent over backwards for me making sure that all my paperwork and financing was squared away before I even stepped onto the lot. They were super responsive so all my calls, emails, and text messages and I felt like I was getting first class treatment. I'll be honest, in working with other smaller auto sales I did not expect this level of professionalism. These guys are the peak of customer service and have all the same financial tools and know how as the large dealerships. There really is no reason to go anywhere else. Friendly, welcoming, and extremely flexible to work with my needs. I drove up from Charlotte with my old car, and I was in and out in less than an hour leaving behind my old ride with my shiny new one. A+ service, thank you guys so much for what you do! More
