The attendant was extremely courteous and guided us throughout the entire process with a high degree of patience and professionalism, needed due to our extensive line of questions. He showed us a great number of cars as we continued changing our minds, but he never showed impatience, and his level of customer service remained very high. The attendant name is James Rabar, and we really appreciate his treatment and courtesy to us. It's people like James that makes customers come back and refer customers to your dealer. We also had a short time with the CEO of the dealer, who was also very professional and kind. The only regret we have is that our trade in was not accepted (it was our fault; we did not disclosed it until after the deal was done). They recently gave their service waiting area a Major Makeover -and turned into a luxurious Customer Lounge Area unlike anything I've ever seen in an auto dealership. My older son bought his first car from Colandrea - a Beautiful Candy Apple Red 2009 Pontiac G8 GT - one of the last great Pontiacs, and one of his most prized possessions - often displayed at the Car Shows at the Bear Mountain Inn.
