Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Tried to charge us $600 once the lease had ended and been completely paid off just because we wanted to go to another dealership. Since we were not going to pay $600, we re-leased. We were given a temporary registration that has no expired. We’ve been waiting for the real registration for close to 2 months. No letter, no notice, no phone call. I called and they said we owed $112 and they’ve had his true registration in the office. My husband paid for the registration upfront at closing of the lease. Their excuse was that his previous registration automatically renewed. So they want us to pay for the registration that we already paid for. Basically paying double for 1 registration. Awful customer service. Highly recommend you do not lease or purchase a car from this dealership. More

horrible Nothing but issues with our 2017 GMA Acadia. Had the vehicle in for issues in the front end. First time the vehicle was in they reset a sensor. The second time needed to replace right strut and did some transmission work. Due to the strut issues needed new tires at 25,000 miles. How is that even possible? Service super hair only says she us sorry we are disappointed in the service and quality of the car. This is an unacceptable answer. Always there when needed My Verano wouldn't start so they sent a roadside person to jump start her. He told me to go and get the battery checked.
