I have purchased numerous cars, and this is the very first time buying a car without my husband. I did not get the round around like I have experinced at other dealership. I also told him what I wanted to pay, and that I did not want to go to the dealership and come out kicking myself like I have done so, in the past. When I walked into Caggins Honda, I was greeted by the receptionist, who immedatley asked me If I wanted any coffee. Mr. Santana knew what I wanted and did not waist my time. I purchased a Honda Accord, I love it. I am so pleased that no games were played, especially with me going by myself. She test drove two vehicles but decided on the 2010 version of the vehicle she was due to turn in because she liked it so much. Nelson was very sincere, friendly and had her driving away in her new vehicle in record time. Not only did Coggin Honda buy out the remaining months on her lease, but her payments are lower than she had been paying for the last four years (and no, she was not upside down on her last vehicle). This was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had. It's refreshing to know there are dealerships out there that are interested in customer service and you walk away feeling like you got a great car at a very affordable payment! More

Kurt Fisher of Coggin Honda of Orlando was the internet contact person for a 2005 Toyota RAV4 we found online. Not only was he committed to making this purchase possible for us, the vehicle was everything and more described in his ad. Kurt went above and beyond to help us by providing us transportation from our hotel in Daytona to Orlando when we couldn't get a flight into Orlando. Then, when our flight was delayed, he arranged for us to finalize the deal on Sunday morning. The vehicle is actually more than I expected and I still can't believe how fortunate we were when we made the decision to buy from an online source. It was an outstanding experience and I attribute that to Kurt Fisher! I had no idea how much fun buying a new car could be! Robbie met me even before I got to the front door. What a neat guy! He was well dressed and easy to talk to, I liked him right away! The problem was I really didn't know what kind of car I wanted. Robbie introduced me to Tom and after a very pleasant conversation I got a tour of the dealership! It is quite nice and the people I talked to were very friendly. I loved the service area! What a great place to wait for your car to get serviced! Robbie then showed me a Honda Insight, it's a hybrid, a fantastic car! Test driving that car was awesome, Robbie showed me all of the neat features, including the information right there at your fingertips so you can drive the car to get the best miles per gallon. Yes the car is perfect, but Robbie answered all my questions, the knowledge, the details he has about Honda and the Insight, is truly amazing! I then went in to see Nick the Finance Manager I was blown away at how efficient he was, he had all the paperwork filled out ready for me to sign, fast and easy. He explained plain and simply what I was singning and why. I am truly thankful that was a pleasant experience! So now I believe Honda is the best car made on the planet.
