It was easy to get an appointment. The service man was very thorough. The service center was very comfortable. Everything was done in a timely manner.

The Coggin Honda of Orlando Service department exposes your brake fluid every inspection they do. Oxidation ruins brake fluid. Then they suggest replacing your brake fluid, but it's because they keep opening it up you need to do it. They are the ones making the brake fluid dirty from oxidation every time they open it up and expose the brake fluid to the air and oxygen. Horrible service technique. Do better.
Mark is a kind, patient very knowledgeable salesman. This was an easy car dealership to do business with.
I brought my Honda pilot in for routine maintenance and this is my first time at the dealership. My experience could not have been better! When I arrived, I was greeted by the service rep Dave was personal, professional, and guide me through the process. Dave also arranged for my trash station back home and back to the dealership when the car was finished. He also updated me during that time so I know when to expect my car to be ready. It is obvious customer satisfaction is a high priority for the dealership.
