My experience at Coggin and with Elyin Perez was the best car buying experience I've had. As a female, I am always faced with prejudice. I had done my research prior to the test drive and knew exactly what I wanted. I walked in, told him what I wanted, and I was immediately put into the car I had described for a test drive. No "alternative options", no questions. Then came the "negotitations". I have a set budget and a definite limit for my monthly payments. Elyin, along with the sales manager and the finance specialist were able to work around some numbers and work with different financing institutions to keep me under my limit. The BEST customer service came toward the end of the sale. The only model they had on the lot with exactly what I wanted was white. I did not want a white car, I really wanted a royal blue pearl. Elyin looked up all the inventories in all of the Honda dealers in FL and found the EXACT car I wanted, however, it was locate at a dealership about 160 mi away. Elyin PERSONALLY drove down to Ft. Myers to pick up the car the very next day. I had my brand new car 24hrs after I went to test drive. I highly recommend Coggin Honda in Orlando to ANYONE looking for a new car. More

We recently visited Coggin Honda of Orlando for a new Honda CR-V. We were greeted by a Sales Associate named Elyin Perez. From the beginning, his knowledge, friendliness and attentiveness to our purchase requirements made us feel comfortable. While we had a test drive around the blocks, Elyin was eager to show us the vehicle's features, and answered all questions that we had about the vehicle. When it came time to sit down to discuss pricing, as expected with any car purchase, there were back-and-forth negotiations. However, througout this process, Elyin and the staff at Coggin Honda of Orlando have been very professional and respectful. We really commend Elyin and Coggin Honda for this. We were able to come to an agreement on pricing and completed the sale a few days later, when the car with the color we like was picked up and driven back to Orlando by Elyin. We would also like to recognize the Finance Manager, Tam Pham, for helping us determine the most suitable financing option. He made sure that we had all of our questions answered, and all options presented/discused. In addition, Tam verified that all necessary paperwork was thoroughly explained/completed and signed even though it was getting very late at night. We enjoy the Honda CR-V. Being a highly-rated compact SUV, it assists us in tasks which cannot be performed by a sedan; and yet, this vehicle does not consume a lot of gas like other SUVs in its class. Overall, we enjoyed our visit at Coggin Honda of Orlando, and would recommend this dealership for new car purchase, especially Elyin Perez and Tam Pham for their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. I love Coggin Honda, but probably would not have purchased a new car yet if it hadn't been for Elyin. You would never know that the car had not come with the more expensive rear view mirror or usb music connection that we had added. He even checked to make sure that the new music connector would work with my iPod. He facilitated our negotiations with dealer management so that we got an excellent deal on the car and received a very reasonable price that was within our budget. He helped arrange for us to get a very generous trade-in allowance on my 15 year old Honda Accord and to get the navigation dvd updated. We were going to buy a car bra (to protect the car from love bugs in Florida, but were told about a paint job that would do the same without looking as ugly (I didn't want a black front on my new red car). We instantly chose to switch the bra option for the paint option. All of the people at Coggin, from Elyin to the finance people were extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, without being pushy. The finance department made sure that we were able to take advantage of the 1.9% financing being offered by Honda at the time we purchased the car (although we did pay cash for a good portion of the purchase price). Last year, we purchased a Honda Pilot at Coggin and had both the Pilot and my old Accord serviced there. The service people are exceptionally good and do the work expeditiously. Elyin taught this 5 speed manual transmission driver how to use the 6 speed manual transmission on the new car on a great test drive on the highway. My overall experience with Coggin was excellent, making this the easiest decision and purchase I have made in a long time. More

My husband and I are very pleased with the type of service and information he provides to us. We bought a Honda Pilot about 1 ½ years ago with Elyin and now we just bought a New Honda Civic. I will not buy anything unless Elyin is there. If you go to Coggin Honda of Orlando make sure you stop by and see him you won’t regret it. He can answer any questions you may have about the car and he will not lie to you. He will not pressure you in buying a car and he will try his best to find a car that meets your needs. He is so easy to talk to and he is always willing and able to help you. One of the serveal things I like about him is that if you leave him a message he will get back to you promptly, you don’t have to wait forever to get a call back. He showed me every car I wanted to see without any rush or pressure. I love that because I am a very difficult buyer and I like to take my time so I felt relax and I found the perfect car for me.
