This person should be removed from your dealership if the dealership plan on stayin in busines very long. Mr. Donny is a very rude and unkind person to the customers. He uses statements like, I do not care what you say or what someone at this dealership told you. He is also heard to say that he does not care what the customers say because he does not need their business any way. Mr. Donny Brown has been seen arguing and shouting at customers. Mr. Donny would use phases like your crazy, and you are a lier, are you calling me a lier, while arguing with customers. Mr. Donny Brown has been seen by the wife and I arguing and shouting loudly, talking down to the customers at the front lobby desk of the dealership. Mr. Donny Brown told my wife and I that if we did not like what the dealership was doing during sale or what he was telling us to go talk to our lawyer because we were wrong and that he did not care because he said that he was right doing what he is doing and saying what he was saying to us. While Mr. Donny Brown was arguing with the wife and I over prices and deal that was madeby Mr. Darren on buying a used vehicle from this Coggin dealership Mr. Donny stated that if we did not want the deal we made on the vehicle that he would back it out and reverse the deal and give us back our trade vehicle. The wife and I then agreed to reversing the deal and take our trade back and call the deal a wash. Mr. Donny Brown then left the office saying I am not talking to you any more I am going to go and reverse the deal. Moment later Mr. Donny Brown returned to the office saying that this is the deal he was not going to reverse the deal because it would cost him over $2,000.00 for the paper work. He stated that the deal was made with Mr. Darren of the used car department and that he would not change the deal Mr. Donny said that we would have to talk with Darren Pearson because he could not over ride Mr.Darren work. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPEARANCE THE WIFE AND I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN AUTO DEALERSHIP THE SALE PERSONS ARE VERY DECEIVING UNTRUTHFUL TO CUSTOMER!!! More
I was in a situation with a truck that I purchased for an ex fiance and he was late a lot on payments so I had to repo it from him and trade it to get rid of everything to do with my past..... Gus, the finan ex fiance and he was late a lot on payments so I had to repo it from him and trade it to get rid of everything to do with my past..... Gus, the finance man and Anthony were extremly helpful and very informative on the different scenarios to get back on the right path.... they made me feel more like family they wanted to help than just a customer off the street, I will visit them every time I want to get a new vehicle, I don't want to go anywhere else to even look.... they sold me a 2012 GMC Sierra 4x4 and I know if I ever have any troubles they will be happy to help me.... Anthony and Gus took lots of time with me and they were extremely patient in showing me anything I wanted to see..... Thank you so much for all your help and you have a customer for life. More
My last vehicle purchase was not very positive, and while I had a great experience with the vehicle itself, I would not return to that dealership. From the moment I emailed Coggin Buick and was connected with Wally Baroody, the experience was hassle-free. He was professional, efficient and treated not only myself and my husband, but our twins with respect and kindness. We ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey and the overall experience was completely different, in a good way, from what I expected. I would absolutely advise anyone looking for a car to contact Coggin Buick, and Wally in particular. It's good to know solid customer service is still alive and well! More

Anthony was very interested in what extras we would like on a vehicle. Was not really looking to buy at this time. But made an effort to show us something we might be interested in and went out of his way on a vehicle. Was not really looking to buy at this time. Had to leave and Harold took over and worked with us. We were not ready to buy, but they went out of their way to find a plan that would make it available for us to purchase. After buying the car, Anthony had returned. Harold made sure the car was cleaned and ready to go home and Anthony went out of his way to show us all the features and how to use them. Made every thing easy to understand and even fixed them to our liking. We are very please with every aspect of our visit there. More

The truck is a fantastic vehicle so far, and Anthony was extremely helpful. He made us feel that I was not being pressured into buying anything I really didn't want to. He knew I really wanted the '07 Frontier and he worked diligently to get the price within range of where I could purchase it. I hate when car salesmen try to sell something you really dont care to even hear about but they wont give it up. Anythony listened to my needs as a customer and made that happen, which is why I would recommend Anythony to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle. As a salesperson myself I can comfortably say that Matt knows how to put the dealerships best interest forward, provide the right level of expertise and easily gain the business of the customer. I'd want him on my team! From the dealership general manager to the folks in Parts/Service Department this was an enjoyable and positive experience. I'd also like to commend Gus, in the financial department.
