I have bought multiple cars from the dealership, and the buying experience has always been great! When it comes to service, it's just not acceptable. I was basically told, yes, we do notice something isn't just right but since GM says everything is within specs we can't do anything about it and you will need to take it to another dealer for further evaluation. Well, this just doesn't sit well with me and I am beyond over the push them to the side mentality that seems to be happening. Also, the follow up, communication from service, and overall attitude is Poor!!
