Very nice experience with this service department again We been having this problem with our Radio some time it would stay off for a day or two and them stay on for a few months so this time it happen we t We been having this problem with our Radio some time it would stay off for a day or two and them stay on for a few months so this time it happen we took right into the Service Department so they can see it and fine out what this problem is So as I was pull in Nick the Service writer greet me and ask me how are you doing and he always very friendly so l said nick here this problem that l been telling you about so l went with him to his work area to sign in after that. He said we got some fresh hot coffee and a real nice waiting room to wait in. He said he will get some one on it about 20 mins later his tech brought it in to check it out mean while as lam waiting the Service Manager who l know from our last problem came over also and greeted me too and ask if every thing was ok l explain to him also the problem so he said let me go see what going on with this. So 15 mins later he can back and said they are going to reach GM on this problem they found out it need new software install there was 2 updates one page was 23 pages of up dates the 2nd page was 19 pages. So he said you will have to leave it here he said and we will put you in a loaner car and we make sure that you have gas in loaner car. Them the Service Manager said we will call when we are finish which they did the next day as promise so now been driving our car about 3 days no problems yet so far To make a long story short this is what you call a 5 -star team at this service department and they care about you Thanks for every thing again Jeff Rothman More

I really don't understand how you do business. Last Saturday I went into Coggin Buick-GMC of Orange Park and with the help of Wyatt Green purchased a 2007 Pacifica. On Wednesday Morning, after driving Saturday I went into Coggin Buick-GMC of Orange Park and with the help of Wyatt Green purchased a 2007 Pacifica. On Wednesday Morning, after driving 219 miles, there was a very bad shake when you drive at 40MPH-70 MPH and the Check Engine light came on. So I called Wyatt and was told that he was off and to bring the vehicle in, and talk to Dustin. When I got there... I was given ANOTHER VEHICLE and told that they would see what was wrong with my Pacifica. No one called me on Wednesday... and at 430pm on Thursday I called to find out NO ONE KNEW what was going on. Again on Friday I called and Talked to ERIC, who was a MAJOR HELP. Still no one knew what was going on. Today, I took the vehicle that I was given to Orlando for the Arena Bowl. On the way there I was STOPPED due to the Fact that they Vehicle had NO PLATE. After 4 hours and 4 officers later, I was released. I called your dealership to Talk to Wyatt and was told he was out sick and to talk to Darrin. THE RUDEST SOB I ever talked to. Not only did he not care that his staff gave me a vehicle with NO TAG, NOR PAPERWORK, but he told me that if I didn't bring the car BACK NOW, he was calling the police to claiming that I stole the Vehicle. I hope he does, so I CAN SUE you for EVERY CENT you have. As the owner of My9oh4.com and the ENTIRE You're Whatz Happening network, I am starting a campaign to GET DARRIN FIRED. To threaten a customer cause of something his staff did is NUTS. You can't even PROVE I have the vehicle. You didn't make me sign ANYTHING and Can't tell me what kind of car you gave me. I am forwarding this to the BBB and to EVERYONE that will listen. RUDE PEOPLE DO NOT NEED TO SELL CARS. We went to the used car section of Coggin Buick GMC. The salesmen were very friendly. They were insistent that they could get us a vehicle for the payment we could afford. After some negotiating, the deal w salesmen were very friendly. They were insistent that they could get us a vehicle for the payment we could afford. After some negotiating, the deal was done, or so we thought. We signed what we thought was ALL the contractural paperwork binding the agreement. They told us to come back in a few days to pick up our license plates and finish signing a couple of papers because it was very busy at the time and they didn't want us to have to wait. We went back a week later and were then informed that our payment was in fact going to increase by $40 per month because the bank wouldn't honor the original financing. This is a TOTAL SCAM! My husband has a coworker who was a used car salesman and he told us they might try this trick on us. Our original salesman didn't want to or wasn't going to try to help us with this issue. Another salesman talked to us and I asked how the payment could change if we were already approved. His answer: "When we do financing on the weekends, we are dealing with a computer because the banks are closed. So when the banks open on Monday, sometimes they approve the financing and sometimes they change it." Sounds pretty good, huh? Only until you realize thatthey are giving us payment prices on a Saturday, again!!! When did they talk to someone at a bank on a Saturday??????? It's all a viscious circle that will never end!!! LIES!!!!!!! ALL LIES!!!!!!!! Needless to say, we gave the car back to them. YOU CANNOT TRUST THE SALESMEN AT COGGIN BUICK GMC!!!!! They have their speeches all rehearsed and boy they are great actors!!! They might even be awarded an "Oscar" for their performances!!! Quite frankly, I don't know how any one of the salesmen can pillow their heads at night KNOWING they are deceitful liars at their jobs every day!!!!! More
