Easy to make the appointment online. Got right in and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Drew from Service dept. was wonderful to set up service tech come to my home to perform a software update on my vehicle. He was polite and respectful. Service tech completed was wonderful to set up service tech come to my home to perform a software update on my vehicle. He was polite and respectful. Service tech completed the software update in 30 mins. I was very satisfied with Coconut Ford's. Overall: Excellent work from Service techs. One suggestion, When I set up online appointment someone at service dept. mentioned to call don't do online and I never had problem with Toyota dealers before. Also Service desk was talking about covid and vaccine and try to impose how good FL that you don't have to follow too much restrictions. It was bit uncomfortable. More
