Emergency Fix My tire pressure warning showed that a tire was very low. So I brought the car into this dealership and they fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Easy and quick I leased my C-Max from this dealership and get all of my service needs at this dealership. The prices are fair and they do a good job. I leased my C-Max from this dealership and get all of my service needs at this dealership. The prices are fair and they do a good job. More
Service department was EXCELLENT I have been going to Tamiami Ford for many years now just getting more and more fed up. To the point where my family was going to stop buying fords. I have been going to Tamiami Ford for many years now just getting more and more fed up. To the point where my family was going to stop buying fords. Just terrible service department. I would "make an appointment" and drop off my car....they would not even look at it for DAYS! nor call me...i had to call asking for updates. THEN, things were not getting fixed! They would have my truck for a week, I would pick it up and the same problem would start happening! Their service department should be salesman...great liars. Called Coconut point ford for a recall appointment. No lines, not 15 people in the service area all trying to get help, just orderly, nice and clean! Dropped my truck off at 1, it was done by 1:35! And on top of that, I had a fast blinker i said to just take a look at (knowing from my previous experience at Tamiami they would either say they could not fix it, or charge me a crazy amount to fix it). They fixed it for FREE! GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More

Stellar dealer in all departments I have been doing business with Coconut point Ford since they opened their doors here in Estero. They are good neighbors and a stellar dealership. Un I have been doing business with Coconut point Ford since they opened their doors here in Estero. They are good neighbors and a stellar dealership. Under the leadership of Sam Galloway III, he has assembled a fantastic team and empowered them to deliver consistent good service, great value and sincere concern for me the customer; like your business really matters to them. In sales it’s Bobby Collins the General Sales Manager who makes a point of remembering you by name and always greats you, even if not there to purchase, like for service, When you are in the market to look or buy, he personally monitors the sales staff to insure you get their full attention to provide a great purchasing experience. After the sale; under the watchful eye of Victor Hyer the service manager, that personally makes sure that you and your automobile are taken care to full satisfaction without fail. He personally follows up each and every time your car is serviced. Then there is the boots on the ground, Service writer Mike Yurczak who personally monitors your care through the service paces and informs you of any problems now or perhaps in the coming future. After his call that my vehicle is ready, you arrive and your car is clean both inside and out with a thorough and detailed report of the work performed. If he catches you approaching the cashier he always runs over, shakes my hand and reviews the work the done and assures me that if there any problems to contact him immediately. I am seventy-one and have had a many cars in my time and had service performed on those too many times to count. I can honestly say, Coconut Point Ford hands down is the best dealership I have ever experienced. My Point is, Coconut Point…Ford. The Best! Fred Barry Estero, Florida More
Their service department is deplorable I purchased my Ford Explorer in 2015. I live a few miles from Coconut Point which was a huge selling point. I also purchased the extended warranty. I I purchased my Ford Explorer in 2015. I live a few miles from Coconut Point which was a huge selling point. I also purchased the extended warranty. I have taken my car in numerous times for service over the past three years. They play games about offering a loaner vehicle at the time of service. Twice they have told me it is a day repair and loaners are not given for day repairs. On both of those occasions they kept my vehicle for three days never offering the loaner that should have been covered. My sync has never worked. I have taken it to them three times. They cannot repair properly. It is a hazard and causes distractive issues while driving. A windshield panel blew off while driving. They informed me it was not under warranty and would cost me $800 to fix. I paid it. Within a year it blew off again. I called and they would not stand by their haphazard repair. My sunroof malfunctioned and opened itself. The fabric was closed and the glass was open. I was unaware and after a weekend of Florida rain I discovered my car flooded. I called to get an appointment to have the sunroof shut. They told me it would be three weeks before they could even look at it. I had to drive to a dealer 50 miles away and they agreed it was a malfunction and covered under warranty. This dealership employs rude service reps with zero customer service repore. Their service is shotty at best. I love my ford I hate their service. I will not purchase another ford if ford cannot stand by their product with quality service. More
Treated with respect Desiree Ratliff best customer service advisor I've dealt with. Other Ford dealerships pale in comparison to Desiree excellent service and knowledge. Unprecedented rudeness Went to service department. The guy was sitting behind the cash register doing something on his phone. Not talking. Never looked up or asked me if he Went to service department. The guy was sitting behind the cash register doing something on his phone. Not talking. Never looked up or asked me if he could help. Told me, while staring into his phone, they weren’t open, and go to the car wash. They were professional at the car wash, couldn’t help me. This guy must be the greatest car parts guy on the planet, because no other business could survive treating a person (who spent over $40,000 by the way) so rudely. Will never return or spend another dime there. More
