Service manager is rude, expressing disbelief that I’d previously used synthetic oil during my last service - also at a Ford service department. Technician rotated tires and didn’t adjust air pressure to previously used synthetic oil during my last service - also at a Ford service department. Technician rotated tires and didn’t adjust air pressure to meet Ford recommendations, but pencil-whipped the paperwork to make it seem as if he’d checked the air pressure. Silly oversight that isn’t the hallmark of an outstanding organization. More

I took my car in for a recall to Coconut Ford. My appointment was at 9:00 am and they took my car back as soon as I pulled into service which was 8:30 am.
