Made the service appointment online at leaset a month ahead of time. Got to the service department and was asked if I made the appointment online, which I did. I guess you're not suppose to do that. The service rep was nice enough about it and said that my service only required me to use the quick lane. 3 hours later I got my oil changed battery checked and was on my way. Got home and I get an email from Ford saying they were sorry I missed my appointment. I quess I should just be happy I got it done. More
Took 3 hours for an oil change. The checkin people were wonderful however. Shara was great. You are obviously short handed. What's up with that. First time customer and first oil change on F150. Service advisor was outstanding explaining all the options and how the center works, A+. Very happy with the cost, timing and service at this point. The next morning in residence garage, there was four places where oil, (fresh) had leaked. If the belly pan of the F150 is NOT removed it will collect oil and drain for a few days. Looked under and as expected, the drain holes of the belly pan were leaking oil. Returned to dealership, explained problem to different service advisor, again, very professional and understanding, knew exactly what had NOT been done. Immediately had F150 in shop and instructed tech to remove pan and whip out oil residue. Always time to do over, never time to do it right the first time. More
