Mediocre at best. I've had my fair share of Ford vehicles throughout the years, and during that time, I've never been billed for repairs while the vehicle was still un I've had my fair share of Ford vehicles throughout the years, and during that time, I've never been billed for repairs while the vehicle was still under warranty. The recent repair wasn't a bank-breaker, but in all honesty, I believe it should have been resolved internally, given that the vehicle was under warranty. That's just my personal opinion. That is the main reason I would not recommend the service center. On the positive side, the service advisor Steve was pleasant, the waiting area was clean, and the repair was completed before the end of the day – I suppose that's a small silver lining. Overall, my experience was passable, but unfortunately, I'll be exploring other options for future purchases, warranty-related concerns, or any non-warranty repair or purchase. More
