Skye always handles our appointments in a professional way, courteous and competent. But I am extremely dissappointed with Ford's inability to resolve my issues that I have experienced with my sync system way, courteous and competent. When you buy the top of the line explorer (Platinum), you expect all equipment to work properly, or be fixed in a timely fashion, not 6 months and still not fixed. More
