Steve Heinking was the best service advisor I’ve worked with. He laid out all my options very clearly and was very communicative through the process, providing status updates on my truck often. Service has always been great at Coconut Point Ford. Desiree and Skye are wonderful. However, quoting me $385 to replace a $15 starter relay is absurd and wrong.
