Coconut Point Ford - Service Center

Service department was great, Unfortunately, I was in need of the body shop to install accessories I ordered for my new Ford Bronco, The problem is Coconut Point Ford has no body shop. They are unable to need of the body shop to install accessories I ordered for my new Ford Bronco, The problem is Coconut Point Ford has no body shop. They are unable to install any of the accessories I ordered. Now I have to go to a third party. It's turned out to be a real time consuming pain in the backside. More

They ll call you to make appointment, and she went on with her life. I understand you are busy, but they don’t realize they have a job because we come in with our needs and they’re not doing us a favor! A guy called, didn’t say his name to make appointment for recall. Now I called back and there is the main phone number… who do I say I’m calling ?? Very unprofessional More
