Service has always been great at Coconut Point Ford. Desiree and Skye are wonderful. However, quoting me $385 to replace a $15 starter relay is absurd and wrong. There is no justifiable reason to mak Desiree and Skye are wonderful. However, quoting me $385 to replace a $15 starter relay is absurd and wrong. There is no justifiable reason to make 400% profit on a relay that takes literally 5 minutes to replace. Sorry. I love you guys, but this is just wrong. More
I was very disappointed in the service I received. The communication was not good. I would not recommend the service department.
